 If you have forgotten your password or changed emails please email nfallon@mps-edu.org to reset and update account, you will not be allowed to create a new account 

 You must have an updated physical on file with the school - no one with a physical dated before Aug. 1, 2020 will be allowed to try out for the FALL 2021 season until a new physical has been turned in. Any expiring physicals during a season must be updated and turned into school to avoid missing practices or games.

Student eligibility/school requirements for physicals:

Per order of the MIAA, all students must have written proof of a valid physical examination signed by a physician prior to participation in High School/Middle School Athletics. A physical exam covers the student for 13 months from the exam date. A student’s eligibility will terminate once a physical has reached the 13 month limit. Interim notes are not acceptable.
